What we collect

If you fill out the contact form, we collect whatever you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and message. Form submissions are handled by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to us; we don't sell or share that information with anyone else.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) on this site, which collects general browsing information — pages you visit here, and basic device/browser information — using a cookie placed in your browser.

Why we use it

Contact form information is used only to respond to you. The Meta Pixel is used to understand which pages are useful to visitors, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have previously visited this site. We don't use it to identify you individually or to sell your information.

Who this information goes to

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives the browsing data collected by the pixel, governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Netlify hosts this site and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
• YouTube hosts the videos on this site. A video only loads YouTube's player after you click play — visiting a page with a video doesn't send anything to YouTube on its own.

Your choices

You can limit ad tracking through your browser's cookie settings, or through Meta's own ad preferences. If you'd like us to delete information you submitted through the contact form, email us at questions@heirshomeguide.com and we'll take care of it.
